5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Sellers must follow Edukan’s return and refund policy.

• Refunds should be processed promptly once a return is approved.

• Excessive cancellations or failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.

6. Quality & Customer Satisfaction

• Sellers must maintain high product quality and service standards.

• Repeated customer complaints, poor ratings, or policy violations may lead to account review or termination.

• Sellers must respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

7. Payments & Settlements

• Seller payments will be processed according to Edukan’s payment cycle.

• Accurate bank or payment details must be provided by the seller.

• Edukan is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

8. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

• Sell fake, illegal, or restricted products

• Provide false information

• Manipulate reviews or ratings

• Misuse customer data

• Violate intellectual property rights

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Edukan reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any seller account for:

• Policy violations

• Fraudulent activities

• Repeated customer complaints
